Garden Maintenance Operative Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Garden Maintenance Operative to join our team at Allstaff Recruitment. As a Garden Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for providing high-quality garden maintenance services to our clients in London and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide garden maintenance services to a mix of small gardens, courtyards, roof terraces, London squares, and large country gardens.
  • Diagnose and treat problems in plants, ensuring the health and safety of our clients' gardens.
  • Work efficiently to tight deadlines, maintaining high standards of quality and health and safety.

Requirements:

  • Full clean UK driving license.
  • Working knowledge of plants, their requirements, and ability to recognize disorders and treat problems.
  • Experience of garden irrigation systems.
  • Ability to use a range of small machinery.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Minimum level 2 in horticulture.
  • Good communication skills.
