Job Title: Senior Wayfinding Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Wayfinding Consultant to join our team at BDP UK. As a Senior Wayfinding Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and developing wayfinding and signage projects for various sectors, including healthcare, education, culture, sports, and workplace environments.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating wayfinding strategy reports, including the development of sign information content systems
  • Preparing technical and performance specifications
  • Expertly using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other 3D applications
  • Experience of working with Autocad and/or Revit and Revit projects would be an advantage
  • Experience and knowledge in Branding, Typography, UI/UX, Composition, Concept Development, and Presentations
  • Ability to provide excellent, consistent service to clients in a supportive and professional manner;
  • Effective time and project management to ensure deadlines are met
  • Able to develop robust strategies for large public and corporate building and environments.

As a Senior Wayfinding Consultant, you will work closely with the Directors of the Interior Design team and with the wider project teams across various BDP offices to deliver wayfinding and signage projects. You will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive design strategies that foster a sense of place and belonging, embrace culture and brand identities, and enable our buildings, spaces, and places to be understandable, easy to use, and positively influence the employee and visitor experience.
