At Peter Alan, part of the Connells Group, we're seeking a highly motivated Residential Sales Manager to join our dynamic Estate Agency team in Llanishen.

A Quick Look at the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for listing and gaining new instructions for properties to market while maintaining the highest level of customer service. You'll build rapport with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Estate agency experience, including listing, valuing, and sales negotiation
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • Full UK driving license
