Older Adults Community Worker

This is a fantastic opportunity for an older adults community worker to join our team in Bury.
You will be working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs.
The role requires a strong understanding of mental health assessment and treatment planning, with experience of working within community services an advantage.
The hourly rate for this position is £25.00, with a full-time equivalent salary of approximately £49,125 per annum.
