Support Worker for Older Adults

We are seeking a Support Worker for Older Adults to join our team in Eastbourne. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring that older people can access the services they need and make the most of their time in East Sussex.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide companionship and support to older adults via phone calls and occasional in-person visits.
- To identify service requirements and facilitate access to relevant services.
- To work flexibly from home with the ability to use own phone and internet access.
Requirements:
- A caring and empathetic nature with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends.
