Job Summary

This role is responsible for driving business development and deepening client relationships within the Private Bank at Bank of America. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex financial services and be able to provide integrated recommendations to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Client Management Process to identify new business development opportunities
  • Source new clients in alignment with the bank's established risk appetite
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs and preferences
  • Advocate for clients and prospects as their trusted advisor
  • Encourage use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client experience

Requirements

  • 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience
  • Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required
  • MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred
