Job Summary
This role is responsible for driving business development and deepening client relationships within the Private Bank at Bank of America. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex financial services and be able to provide integrated recommendations to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Client Management Process to identify new business development opportunities
- Source new clients in alignment with the bank's established risk appetite
- Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs and preferences
- Advocate for clients and prospects as their trusted advisor
- Encourage use and adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client experience
Requirements
- 12+ years of private banking or complex financial services experience
- Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required
- MBA or Post-Graduate Degree preferred
