Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at Skilled Careers, working on social housing maintenance contracts in West London. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties, responding to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on social housing properties.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards.
  • Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair.
  • Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3
  • 18th Edition
  • 2391 - Test and Inspection (preferred)
  • Experience working in social housing or similar environments.
