About the Role

We are seeking a skilled AV IT Engineer to join our growing End User Experience team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support for our audio visual systems, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance for conference room queries and issues
  • Conduct monthly audits of our audio visual estate (50% of the total)
  • Ensure all incident management and IMAC completion is done within Service Level Agreements
  • Complete non-standard requests and project tasks/quotes to completion and within agreed timescales
  • Maintain end-user guides and documentation

Requirements

  • Expected to have experience in a related IT role (or equivalent)
  • Demonstrate a level of competency through implementation of medium-level fixes
  • Demonstrate multi-disciplinary skills, typically gained through a mixture of formal and on-the-job training
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
  • Demonstrate behavioral competencies associated with frequent change, customer orientation, versatility, and organization

Security Clearance

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance. This involves residing continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, meeting other criteria, and requirements.
