Job Description:

This Product Compliance Administrator Job in Ferndown requires a highly organised individual to provide essential support within the compliance department. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory standards for safety, labelling, and sustainability.

Responsibilities:

  • Organise and maintain compliance documentation for specific product categories
  • Collect compliance data for various products and upload it to customer-specific portals
  • Manage the compliance mailbox and direct regulatory inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain and update compliance spreadsheets, including project trackers and safety warnings databases
  • Monitor global regulatory updates and communicate updates to the team
  • Prepare detailed reports summarising compliance activities

Requirements:

  • Degree level education, ideally in a creative subject
  • Experience in an administrative role supporting a compliance or regulatory team
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
