Job Description:
This Product Compliance Administrator Job in Ferndown requires a highly organised individual to provide essential support within the compliance department. The successful candidate will ensure that all products meet regulatory standards for safety, labelling, and sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain compliance documentation for specific product categories
- Collect compliance data for various products and upload it to customer-specific portals
- Manage the compliance mailbox and direct regulatory inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Maintain and update compliance spreadsheets, including project trackers and safety warnings databases
- Monitor global regulatory updates and communicate updates to the team
- Prepare detailed reports summarising compliance activities
Requirements:
- Degree level education, ideally in a creative subject
- Experience in an administrative role supporting a compliance or regulatory team
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
