Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an administrative professional to provide essential support within the compliance department. As a Product Compliance Administrator, you will ensure that all products meet regulatory standards for safety, labelling, and sustainability. You will assist the Quality and Compliance Manager and Compliance Coordinators in managing compliance processes across all product categories.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining compliance documentation for specific product categories.
  • Collect required compliance data for various products and accurately upload it to multiple customer-specific portals.
  • Manage the compliance mailbox, directing regulatory inquiries and customer issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain and update compliance spreadsheets, including project-specific trackers and FSC approval logs.
  • Monitor global regulatory updates from agencies across the UK, EU, USA, and AUS/NZ.
  • Prepare a detailed report summarising compliance activities and identifying current issues and outstanding tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree-level education, ideally within a creative subject. You should also have experience in an administrative role supporting a compliance or regulatory team, preferably within a product-focused environment. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office software is essential, as well as attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
