Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. In this role, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to ensure each child receives the support they need to succeed.

Your key responsibilities will include providing 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN, assisting in implementing IEPs, and adapting resources to meet pupils' needs. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements
  • Able to provide 1:1 and small group support for children with SEN.
  • Familiarity with implementing IEPs and adapting resources to meet pupils' needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
