With a focus on Nursing, Dementia, and Palliative care, our purpose-built care home is equipped to meet the diverse needs of 30-residents.
This is an excellent opportunity to bring your passion for care to life. As a Registered Nurse, you will work collaboratively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement tailored care plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the care team to ensure accurate and timely care documentation
- Leading by example, promoting a culture of respect and dignity within the care home
- Fostering strong relationships with residents and their families, addressing concerns with empathy and urgency
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of £20.50 per hour, contracted to 36 hours per week. Additionally, you will enjoy paid breaks, pension, onsite parking, and uniform provision.
