Primary Education Support Worker

About the Job: We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in partnership with schools in the Hinckley area. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and students, ensuring every child receives the best possible education.
Responsibilities:
- Assist teaching staff in the classroom, providing support and guidance to students.
- Help manage behaviour in the classroom and contribute to creating a positive learning environment.
- Support students with special educational needs, providing individualised support and care.
Requirements: A minimum of GCSEs in English and Maths, as well as experience working with children or young people. Proactive attitude, ability to work well in a team, and relevant skills such as behaviour management and SEN experience are highly desirable.
Salary:** £19,000 - £23,000 per annum (inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay). Temporary position with potential for permanence.
