Event Planning Manager

Lexington Catering is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality and Event Manager to join our team. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional events and experiences for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to incoming enquiries and chase to conclusion
- Liaise with external suppliers and prepare quotes, contracts, and event proposals
- Produce event detailed planners and conduct menu tastings with clients
- Identify marketing and promotion opportunities and develop events from proposal to delivery
- Maintain project timelines and priorities, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
40 hours, 5 out of 7 days
Skills and Experience:The ideal candidate will have experience as an event manager, skilled in project management and event planning, and knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management. They will also have outstanding communication and negotiation skills, customer service orientation, and a BSc/BA in PR, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field.
Benefits:As part of your package, you will receive a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, plus overtime.
