We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Staff to join our team at Youth Empowerment for Advancement Hangout (YEAH Philly). The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, including financial management, program development, staff supervision, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee budget management for programming and ensure effective use of resources.
- Develop and implement systems to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide day-to-day supervision of program activities, manage staff performance, and address any issues that may arise.
- Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives, as well as policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, staff supervision, and financial management. A Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role are required. The candidate should also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
