Manufacturing Line Worker

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our manufacturing team as a Packing Operative. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and steady running of production packing lines, reporting defects or quality check issues, and maintaining high levels of productivity.
The salary for this role is £11.16 per hour, which equates to approximately £23,123 per annum (based on a 40-hour week). You will also receive paid breaks, an attendance bonus, and opportunities for pay increases once trained.
The site has excellent facilities, including a well-maintained canteen area with fridges, microwaves, and free tea and coffee, as well as clean and well-maintained toilets.
