About the Role

The Automatic Ticket Gate Operator is a key member of the Greater Anglia team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the gate line.

As a representative of the company, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing information and assistance to ensure a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the gate line efficiently and effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues
  • Monitor the gate line to prevent ticketless travel and fraud
  • Ensure the safe operation of the gate line, reporting any faults or issues
  • Maintain a professional and tidy workspace

We're seeking a professional and friendly individual with a can-do attitude, who is able to communicate effectively and remain calm under pressure.

You will be a team player, able to work collaboratively to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the success of the team.
