Permanent Roofer Position

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Roofer to join our award-winning responsive repairs team. As a skilled Roofer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repairs of domestic social housing properties. Your tasks will include patch repair work and refurbishments, such as tile and slate repairs, felting roofs, replacing ridge and hip tiles, chimneys, flashing, and pointing.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Maintain and repair domestic social housing properties
* Perform patch repair work and refurbishments
* Work on tile and slate repairs, felting roofs, replacing ridge and hip tiles, chimneys, flashing, and pointing

**What We Offer**

* Competitive salary: £32,974 + overtime & call outs + van + fuel card

**Requirements**

* 3-5 years roofing experience
* Full UK driving license
* Time Served or Roofing qualification ideal but not essential
* Willingness to learn new skills
