Experienced and Professional Roofer's required to work on a permanent contract with a leading local housing association covering Grantham, Boston and Surrounding Areas.
My client requires skilled Roofers to join their award winning responsive repairs team. You will be tasked with the maintenance and repairs of domestic social housing properties. Work will include patch repair work and refurbishments. Repair work can range from tile and slate repairs, felting roofs, replacing ridge and hip tiles, chimneys, flashing and pointing.
You will cover Grantham and surround area.
Whats on offer:
Salary: £32,974 + Overtime & Call outs + Van + Fuel Card
28 days holidays plus bank holidays
12% pension contributions
On going training and future progression on offer.
Requirements:
3-5 years roofing experience
Full UK driving license
Time Served or Roofing qualification ideal but not essential
