Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Next. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving operational efficiency, and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Create a positive and productive store environment that promotes a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Work closely with the team to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure accurate stock management and control, and maintain a high level of visual merchandising standards.
- Develop and implement effective communication plans to keep the team informed and engaged.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced retail professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will have a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, and be able to demonstrate a strong commercial understanding of the retail industry.
