We have an exciting opportunity for a Valuation Controller to join our team in Horsham, West Sussex.

The job description

The successful candidate will assist in the month-end and quarter-end valuation processes, including the execution of internal controls and review and reconciliation of fund valuations. They will also collect, record and analyse valuation relevant financial data of portfolio companies and coordinate with internal teams such as portfolio managers and internal operations' teams to gather necessary information for controlling and valuation purposes.

Salary and benefits

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including pension scheme, life assurance, holiday allowance and flexible working arrangements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have several years of work experience in the area of controlling, audit, accounting or finance and be proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, report preparation, and presentation creation. They should also have a basic understanding of a programming language and be fluent in another European language, both written and spoken.
