Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Health Safety Manager to join our team at Employment Solutions. As a Health Safety Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our health and safety systems to ensure a safe working environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 systems
- Lead accident and incident investigations
- Keep up to date with legislation and industry best practices
- Organize and manage HSE training programs
- Oversee site safety protocols
- Coordinate and lead site safety committee activities
- Liaise with emergency services
- Develop and manage the environmental strategy
- Report on department performance, risks, and opportunities
Requirements:
- Proven HSE experience within a Chemical Manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
- NEBOSH & IOSH certified
- Experience in COSHH & Risk assessments
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: £45k - £50k (dependent on experience)
