We are seeking an exceptional Associate Dean to join our School of Nursing and Midwifery at the University of Central Lancashire. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our school and contributing to our vision of delivering an outstanding education to all our learners.

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of academic and people leadership, with experience of developing a supportive culture and pedagogic communities of practice. You will be able to manage school-level performance to improve league table rankings and assure regulatory compliance.
