Occupational Therapist

Eciavic is a leading provider of disability services in Victoria, offering high-quality support to people with disabilities. We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in Western Melbourne. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with children and young people with disabilities, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver occupational therapy services that maximize functional skills and participation, promote physical health and wellbeing, and support the attainment of personal goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services in children and young people's homes, educational settings, or in the community.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in consultation with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support services.
- Provide indirect client service/family coordination to support client goals.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
- AHPRA Registration (Occupational Therapy).
- Australian driver's licence and own vehicle.
- Competent in various IT platforms, particularly client management systems.
