Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Project Management to join our Engineering department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to production release, utilizing their expertise in project management to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and resource allocation.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, working closely with stakeholders and senior engineers to ensure project visibility and understanding.
- Monitor and report project budget consumption, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Present project progress, delivery dates, risks, and mitigations to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Proficient in project management tools, including Microsoft Project and planning software.
- Experience working in an engineering project management environment, with a strong understanding of engineering disciplines and project administration.
