We are partnered with a high-growth SaaS organisation in the Energy sector who are growing their in-house consulting/project delivery team. The Senior Project Manager will take ownership of project management, hands-on project delivery, system implementation, client management and stakeholder engagement (both internal + external)
Responsibilities include:
- Lead on, and project manage, the full life cycle of projects partnering with technology & product teams and client stakeholders
- Accountable for the technical, commercial & financial success of all projects under their oversight
- Manage direct and indirect project resources to identify capacity constraints and identify solutions to fulfil shortfalls and ensure that projects are delivered within agreed timeframes
- Manage and deliver high-impact, highly complex projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment, from initiation through to delivery and successful transition in line with the programme delivery framework
- Lead on client management and stakeholder engagement
What we are looking for:
- Must have experience working with the Energy sector
- Experience in managing and coordinating complex projects from inception to completion – delivering to time, quality and budget.
- Experience in business process design
- Happy being hands-on, working in an environment with changing priorities and deadlines
- Commercially minded
