Your Role
We are seeking a highly organized and confident Litigation Assistant to join our Medical Negligence team in Sheffield. As a key member of our team, you will provide essential support to our Case Handlers and Administrators, ensuring the smooth progression of legal cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Case Handlers and Administrators, ensuring timely completion of tasks and actions.
- Coordinate the retrieval of medical records and supporting documentation.
- Assist with the funding process and creation of court documents.
- Liaise with clients, experts, and counsel to ensure effective communication and progress.
- Support the administration team in delegating non-chargeable tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar support administration role, preferably in a legal or medical setting.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
