Stroke Rehabilitation Care Team Member

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Stroke Rehabilitation Care Team Member to join our team at Brentwood Community Hospital. As a Stroke Rehabilitation Care Team Member, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with their recovery from stroke and helping them to regain independence.

Duties

Your key duties will include:

  • Providing individualised care plans for patients
  • Assisting patients with daily care tasks, such as washing and dressing
  • Providing emotional support to patients and their families
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have previous experience working in a care setting and possess excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
