**Role Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Academic EDI Leader to join our team at Northumbria University. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) initiatives.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a workplace and community that positively welcomes diversity and embeds equality, diversity, and inclusion into everything we do. You will develop, lead, and manage a diverse range of projects and initiatives that champion EDI and propel the University forward on its journey to becoming an even more inclusive institution.

This role requires excellent communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to deliver high-quality written content across multiple channels. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
