Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to maintain their independence and dignity. Your duties will include providing person-centred care, assisting with daily tasks, and offering companionship and emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care to customers with different needs and abilities
- Assist with personal care routines, including dressing, bathing, and using the toilet
- Support with light domestic tasks, such as cooking and cleaning
- Prepare and serve meals to meet individual dietary needs
- Administer medication and assist with mobility needs
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and care provided
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care or a related field (not necessary, but desirable)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and maintaining confidentiality
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)

Salary:
