Job Description:

As an experienced project manager in the automotive and advanced manufacturing sector, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join ENGINEERINGUK as a Senior Project Manager and be part of a dynamic team that delivers innovative solutions to the automotive industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing large-scale projects from conception to delivery. You will possess excellent technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations relevant to project portfolio. Additionally, you will have commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and highlight risks, challenges, and mitigations.

Apart from your technical skills, you will be able to create opportunities for our people to excel by managing project teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs). You will also actively network and seek understanding of best practices within Mace Group, the centres of excellence, Mace way control centre, and knowledge hub.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage project plans from project inception/brief, through design development and planning, contractor procurement and construction phase in accordance with the overall delivery program and agreed project milestones.
  • Manage tasks and associated deliverables in support of senior project managers and other leaders, alongside the wider project and client teams, to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of the project.
  • Manage project budgets and highlight any risks, challenges, and mitigations.
  • Create opportunities for our people to excel by managing project teams and stakeholders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).
