Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Manufacturing Project Lead to join our team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of automotive manufacturing projects.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in project management, specifically in the automotive sector. They will possess excellent technical expertise in local health and safety rules and regulations, as well as strong commercial and financial acumen.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a leadership role in shaping the future of our automotive manufacturing division. We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans from inception to completion, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage project budgets and identify potential risks and challenges.
  • Collaborate with senior project managers and other leaders to achieve strategic project key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Foster relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in automotive manufacturing.

Requirements:

  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent professional membership.
  • Experience in delivering large-scale projects in the automotive sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of local health and safety rules and regulations.
  • Excellent commercial and financial acumen.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
