We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Analyst to join our team at GGB - Global. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in financial data analysis to perform complex data analysis, create financial models, and ensure meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to team targets to efficiently handle financial transactions, whilst minimizing aged debt.
- Assist in the reconciliation and settlement of internal financial transactions, monitoring and resolving any discrepancies.
- Utilize data analysis skills to provide expert advice and support, actively contributing to the success of the finance department.
- Take prompt and direct action in resolving financial queries, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with branches and financial institutions to address and resolve any issues related to financial transactions.
- Conduct monthly reconciliations of financial statements and accounting systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Efficiently manage financial payment warranties and notice of cancellations, ensuring timely and appropriate actions.
- Liaise with internal staff to coordinate and streamline financial processes and procedures.
- Ensure financial settlements are executed without resulting in any unfunded transactions.
- Collaborate with financial account handlers to assist in the remediation of any funded items.
- Review financial invoice listing reports, ensuring agreement with counterparties and settlement of payable items.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required, contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the team.
- At least six months of finance experience
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, financial modeling, and data visualization
- Analytical problem-solving approach
- Takes initiative and has a 'can-do' attitude
- Results-driven

- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Professional in manner and presentation
