Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Team Management: Lead and develop a team of care workers to provide person-centered care and maximize independence for our residents.
- Care Planning and Delivery: Create and maintain care plans, administer medication, and deliver care to a designated group of service users.
- Communication and Confidentiality: Understand and respect the rights and wishes of residents, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Health and Safety: Report any hazards or unsafe equipment that may pose a risk to staff, residents, or visitors.
- Training and Development: Attend in-service training and mandatory training to maintain professional development and adhere to legal requirements.
- Qualifications: NVQ 3/MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
- Experience: Previous experience as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home.
- Skills: Passion for care of the elderly, experience of medication administration, and ability to work flexibly.
- Supportive Environment: Work in a supportive, inclusive, and friendly environment.
