Job Title: Account Executive Analyst

At HH Global, we are seeking a highly skilled Account Executive Analyst to join our team. As an Account Executive Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and delivering campaign allocations and data services to our clients efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical input and support the allocation creation process
  • Interpret client requirements and apply to the allocation process
  • Provide solutions and innovation where possible
  • Produce accurate allocations and supporting documentation for internal and external clients
  • Maintain store level data via our proprietary software solution
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered to specification and on time
  • Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy
  • Maintain a full understanding of HH Global's services and work closely with the internal departments to provide best in class processes and solutions
  • Own processes and procedures to ensure data integrity and governance
  • Used to working as a team but also as sole owner of projects to deliver contractual requirements, prepare presentations, analysis, and reporting
  • Deliver services to meet and exceed contracted SLAs
  • Manage and monitor objectives to meet key business drivers
  • Ensure compliance with Regulatory and Company policies
  • Measure customer satisfaction and take appropriate action

Requirements:

  • Experience in working within a contracted environment to strict SLAs (service level agreements) and KPIs (key performance indicators)
  • Excellent communication skills and able to effectively manage / lead projects with internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience working in retail / data solutions / store allocations or understanding of this
  • Has good knowledge and understanding of retail processes and store allocations
  • Able to manage and communicate with key stakeholders to successfully deliver and exceed their expectations
  • Database competency with a strong analytical understanding
  • Experienced and confident with data processing
  • Strong time management and prioritising skills
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, with a good sense of humour
  • Is professional, courteous, and calm under pressure
  • Has a project management and logical mind-set with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Process driven, with an eye for continuous improvement
  • Ability to understand analysis, insights, and provide recommendations
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in troubleshooting unexpected project issues and implementing preventative measures is preferred
  • Experience in retail fixtures / displays / POS / store development is preferred but not essential
