We are seeking a skilled Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Piper Maddox Limited. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in identifying, sourcing, and acquiring suitable land for renewable energy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience in acquiring land, including commercial negotiations involved in the land acquisition process (HoTs, LOAs, etc.).
  • Comfortable engaging with landowners in a rural setting and experience in curating long-standing and valuable partnerships with these landowners.
  • Identify and source suitable land for renewable energy development, working closely with our team to ensure successful project delivery.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly collaborative team where the sharing of ideas and expertise is valued and is a significant part of our company culture. Our client has excellent financial backing from one of the largest greenfield renewables investment funds and has a stable EPC partnership, ensuring feasible and stable connections to the grid for their project pipeline.

With operations being UK-wide, our client is looking to add to their existing land team with land acquisition specialists to cover the North of England and the Midlands. You would be joining a company with a strong track record of developing over 2GW of renewable energy assets and are not looking to slow down.
