Main Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care to our residents, promoting their dignity, privacy, and choice.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Adhere to our policies and procedures, including the SSSC Code of Conduct.
  • Set a good example in terms of dress, manner, hygiene, and behavior.
  • Report any incidents or concerns to relevant personnel.
  • Maintain accurate records as required by the company and statutory bodies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a care setting, preferably in a nursing home or hospital.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise reports.
  • Ability to manage a diverse range of situations and respond appropriately.
  • Knowledge of dementia and clinical support in this area is desirable.
