Job Title: Key Account Manager - Electrical

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager - Electrical to join our team at NRL Recruitment. As a Key Account Manager - Electrical, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships within the electrical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement account strategies tailored to the specific needs and goals of each key client.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Upsell and cross-sell opportunities by offering relevant products or services.
  • Customer Satisfaction and Retention: Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction by proactively identifying and solving potential issues.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on account performance, including sales, revenue contribution, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • HNC / Degree in an electrical discipline or demonstration of experience.
  • Membership of professional Institution or similar body.
  • Relevant industry experience, including sales or account management experience.
