Domiciliary Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in Gillingham. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.
Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, including getting up, washed, dressed, and medication support
- Accompany clients on shopping or hospital visits
- Help clients live their best lives by providing emotional support and companionship
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a full driving licence, access to a reliable vehicle, and be able to commit to working alternate weekends. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as being able to work independently and as part of a team.
