Technical Support Engineer Role

We are seeking a skilled technical support engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our applications engineering group, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical expertise to customers and internal stakeholders on RF technologies and products.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective customer support strategies.
  • Traveling worldwide as required to meet with customers and partners.

To succeed in this role, you will need a solid understanding of RF technologies and a proven track record in customer-facing roles. A competitive salary (£55,000 - £75,000 per year) and benefits package will be offered to the successful candidate.
