Job Title: SHEQ Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SHEQ Advisor to join our team at Nicholas Associates. As a SHEQ Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Onboard new employees during the recruitment stage, delivering company induction and D&A screening.
* Ensure daily operations are compliant with HSE standards.
* Support, advise, and monitor site working practices.
* Collaborate with onsite HSEQ teams, operations teams, and assess site requirements.
* Identify training needs and deliver bespoke packages.
* Record actions from HSE management system audits, inspections, and safety tours.

Requirements:

* Experienced SHEQ Advisor with a strong mechanical or scaffolding background.
* Experience working in the power industry.
* Comfortable traveling to multiple sites in the north west.
* Minimum NEBOSH certificate.
* Member of IOSH or similar OHS certified body.
