Health and Safety Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety, and Quality Assurance Business Partner to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. As a key member of our Health, Safety, Risk, and Compliance Department, you will play a crucial role in continually improving our Health and Safety Management System and shaping our Quality Management Framework (QMF).
As a Business Partner, you will be responsible for coordinating our Business Improvement Process and Master Audit Schedule, working across our stunning waterfront events campus. You will also lead our company-wide document control process, ensuring accurate and controlled documents are stored on our intranet.
You will partner with all colleagues, including line managers and heads of department, to provide communication, embedding, and continuous improvement of our Health and Safety Management System. You will also take the lead on significant incident/close call investigations and monitoring reports made via our cloud-based reporting tool.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Business Improvement Process and Master Audit Schedule
- Lead company-wide document control process
- Partner with colleagues to provide communication, embedding, and continuous improvement of Health and Safety Management System
- Lead significant incident/close call investigations and monitoring reports
- Experience in Occupational Health and Safety and providing H&S advice and support to dynamic businesses
- A Level 3 qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g. NEBOSH National General Certificate/ IOSH Level 3 Certificate in OSH Principles and Practice etc.)
- Membership of IOSH (TechIOSH) and/or IIRSM (AIIRSM) with good evidence log of CPD
- A Level 3 qualification in Internal Auditing/Inspection or similar internal auditor certification for ISO9001 or ISO45001
- Experience of working in an organisation with an integrated management system/9001,14001,45001 accreditation/s
- Experience in using Microsoft365 including SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
