Key Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in the success of our digital marketing recruitment team at Getting In Limited. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Diving into various platforms, databases, and networks to identify and attract top talent
  • Leveraging social media platforms to promote job opportunities and engage with potential candidates
  • Collaborating closely with recruitment consultants to understand the specific skill sets and qualifications required for each vacancy
  • Engaging in negotiations with contractors to establish mutually beneficial terms and rates
  • Monitoring and responding to candidate inquiries and applications
  • Managing stakeholder engagement to ensure a pipeline of future work
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with clients and candidates

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
