Modular Integration Project Coordinator

Anord Mardix, a leading provider of critical power solutions, is seeking a skilled professional to join its team as a Modular Integration Manager. This role will be based in Blackburn, UK, and will involve coordinating all aspects of modular solution projects to specification, on time, on schedule, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the Projects and Production Team to manage site aspects of projects
  • Liaising with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Design, Technical, and third-party sub-contractors to coordinate project management and execution
  • Overall responsibility for the build and fit-out works of modular projects
  • Liaising with other departments and administrative teams to demonstrate interpersonal and diplomatic skills
  • Identifying necessary resources and assigning individual responsibilities where appropriate
  • Managing multiple tasks and re-prioritizing work in response to urgent requests
  • Consolidating information for project meetings and distributing information to nominated persons
  • Managing day-to-day operational aspects on sites (internal and external)
  • Effectively applying the Company's methodology and enforcing company standards
  • Ensuring company Health & Safety procedures are carried out on site at all times

Requirements:

  • Out-of-hours work required in special circumstances
  • Demonstrated management skills
  • Proven supervisory experience in leading teams
  • Able to work independently on multiple projects with great project time management
  • Methodical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Strong skills in both written and verbal communication
