Modular Integration Project Coordinator

Anord Mardix, a leading provider of critical power solutions, is seeking a skilled Modular Integration Manager to join its team in Blackburn, UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating and coordinating all aspects of modular solution projects, ensuring timely completion, adherence to company standards, and budget maximization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site aspects of projects, working closely with the Projects and Production Team
  • Liaise with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Design, Technical, and third-party sub-contractors to coordinate project execution
  • Oversee build and fit-out works of modular projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills
  • Identify necessary resources and assign individual responsibilities as needed
  • Manage multiple tasks, prioritizing work in response to urgent requests
  • Consolidate information for project meetings and distribute to nominated persons
  • Ensure company Health & Safety procedures are carried out on site at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven management skills and supervisory experience in leading teams
  • Able to work independently on multiple projects with excellent project time management
  • Methodical approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work out of hours in special circumstances
