About This Role


We are seeking a talented individual to join our Audit team in Beaconsfield. As an Associate, you will gain experience and training in various accounting disciplines, including audit, to develop your skills and achieve qualification as either ACCA or ACA.



Your Responsibilities



  • Complete tasks efficiently and timely, following firm operating procedures and processes.
  • Devote sufficient time to professional studies to meet study goals set by tutors or the Line Manager.
  • Attend technical courses, undertake technical reading to ensure technical competence, awareness of internal procedures, and communications.
  • Monitor progress against budget and provide feedback to supervisors.
  • Regularly communicate with managers, Principals, and other colleagues to update on work progress.
  • Facilitate teamwork and spirit within the team.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you should have:



  • Studying for an accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA).
  • Demonstrable audit experience gained within a professional services firm.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with clients, directors, staff, and other professionals.
  • Demonstrable experience of supervising others and delegating work.
  • Able to organize self and others, ensuring you can work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Ability to monitor costs against budget for clients.
