We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Depot General Manager to join our team at Evri. As a key member of our logistics network, you will be responsible for leading a team of 100+ employees and managing a multi-million £ operating budget.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 4 direct reports and up to 100 indirect reports, providing guidance and direction to ensure the depot meets client SLA's and budgetary targets.
- Ensure compliance with all site HSES rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, driving a continuous improvement agenda to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proven management experience, with a track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Strong operational management skills, with experience of managing budgets and targets.
- Ability to work independently in a pressurized environment, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels of the organization.
