Territory Manager - Philadelphia South
FUJIFILM Sonosite, Inc.
As a Territory Manager at FUJIFILM Sonosite, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Philadelphia South territory. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering innovative imaging solutions to healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by creating primary market demand for FUJIFILM Sonosite products through networking, cold calling, and educating users in hospitals and physician offices on the value of our hand-carried compact ultrasound systems and tools.
- Create and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Provide valuable insights into customer needs and preferences to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
- Manage relationships with key physicians, administrators, and influencers in the territory to build trust and drive sales growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales leads, track customer interactions, and analyze sales performance.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, competitors, and market dynamics to provide expert-level sales support to customers.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to build relationships, generate leads, and stay informed about market trends.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in medical device sales, with a focus on capital equipment sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas, with a strong understanding of sales metrics and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including medical imaging, ultrasound technology, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional weekend travel required.
- BA or BS in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Life Sciences preferred.
What We Offer:
- $80,000 base salary + variable pay.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and disability coverage.
- 401(k) retirement plan with 4% automatic company contribution and 50% matching up to 6% of salary.
- Eight paid holidays per year.
