Job Overview

CILEX Regulation seeks an experienced Lead Investigation and Enforcement Officer to join its Enforcement Team.

This is a challenging and varied role for an investigator, paralegal, Legal Executive or SQE/LPC/BPTC/SQE graduate looking to progress their career and qualify as an authorised person under the Legal Services Act 2007.

The successful candidate will oversee cases involving self-declared conduct, arrange panel meetings and training days, monitor databases, ensure record-keeping and file maintenance, and assist in projects to develop and improve the enforcement function.
