Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join our client's team in Northampton. As a key member of the administrative team, you will provide high-quality support to the solicitors, ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transcribe and proofread letters, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Audio typing and file management.
  • Typing of documents and tracking amendments.
  • Preparation of client letters and general administration duties.
  • Making appointments on behalf of fee earners.

Requirements:
  • Previous secretarial experience within the legal sector is essential.
  • Excellent typing skills and well-organized with excellent time management.
  • Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to organize and manage workload priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail.
